Core Responsibilities
-Develop and execute offline event strategies that support brand goals and deliver engaging consumer experiences.
-Create immersive brand activations that reflect the brand’s identity and resonate with local audiences.
-Collaborate cross- functionally with internal marketing teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
-Manage event budgets, ensuring cost- effective delivery and improved ROI.
Select, negotiate with, and oversee external agencies and partners to ensure high- quality event execution.
-Analyze event results, reporting on impact, success metrics, and areas for improvement.
Ensure all events follow brand guidelines, adhere to local regulations, and incorporate proper risk management.
Team Contribution
-Support a cross- functional marketing team focused on expanding brand presence in the local market.
-Work closely with brand, digital, trade, and PR teams to deliver unified consumer activations.
-Play a key role in increasing brand awareness, strengthening brand perception, and supporting sales growth.
-Help reinforce the brand’s positioning by delivering impactful, consumer- focused events.
Salary: 7-10.5M

3- 5+ years of experience in communications or event planning within the branded consumer goods industry (e.g., sports, fashion, FMCG). Candidates with agency backgrounds are also suitable.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
Creative and innovative mindset to develop engaging and memorable event experiences that reflect brand values.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross- functional teams at both local and global levels, as well as external partners.
Solid problem- solving abilities, able to identify issues quickly and implement practical solutions.
Proficiency in budget management, including overseeing event budgets and improving return on investment.
High ownership and proactive attitude, demonstrating responsibility and a willingness to take initiative.
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Japanese and English.
