Helpdesk Engineer&Customer Support, Central Tokyo, 4.5M -5.5M

A Global IT Service company is currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer for their Tokyo office to support their client business operations in Japan.
The main responsibilities will be to provide technical support to end users, manage vendors and work with local…. infrastructure team on ongoing IT projects. Strong experiences in Customer support, Migration Projects,and Inventory Management are a must, this role will be based in Tokyo.

To qualify for this role, a minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in Windows, Active Directory, troubleshooting and basic network knowledge are required. The successful candidate must have good communication skills, Fluency in Japanese and English Business level are necessary for this role.

This role will be a great opportunity to develop your skills in client service management.
