Develop and implement global quality strategies for a key automotive client, coordinating with internal departments and production sites.
Disseminate client-specific quality principles and methods across relevant teams.
Provide training to elevate company-wide quality standards.
Act as the primary contact for quality-related issues, supporting projects and aligning activities across departments.
Lead quality improvement initiatives swiftly and effectively.
Serve as the global “One Face” for quality matters related to the client.
Negotiate global quality regulations and conditions with the client.
Support resolution of major global claims and organize quality reports and meetings.
Attend regular meetings with the client and internal teams, including overseas travel and audits.
Full-time permanent employment with a 3-month probation period.
Monthly salary: 833,333 to 1,000,000 (annual salary to be confirmed during consultation).
Annual bonus (once per year).

Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive or automotive parts industry, specifically in quality-related roles (development, manufacturing, or market).
Experience managing quality for Japanese automotive manufacturers.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Business-level English (TOEIC 700+) and native-level Japanese.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred: Engineering degree (especially mechanical), experience with engine or transmission components, TQM or reliability verification experience, and team leadership experience.
