Responsibilities :

Independently lead global and local project teams for one or more automotive clients.
Manage 3?6 audio system programs, including both application and core development engineering.
Define tasks, create work breakdown structures, and establish program schedules and budgets.
Facilitate decision-making and consensus within cross-functional teams.
Lead team meetings, track project progress, and publish meeting minutes.
Collaborate with sales, supplier engineering, and design engineering to meet system cost targets.
Negotiate resource allocations and resolve conflicts with functional managers.
Identify and resolve program issues, escalating when necessary.
Oversee project execution from concept to SOP across global manufacturing sites.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (hardware, software, mechanical, or related fields).
Minimum 8 years of project management experience across the product development lifecycle.
Experience in automotive electronics and software project management preferred.
Strong background in engineering, technical management, quality, or manufacturing.
Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
Preferred: Experience with Japanese OEMs, PMP certification, team management, and overseas work experience.
