Roles and responsibilities
?Develop and execute academic strategies to establish standard of care in post-TL and post-tracheostomy rehabilitation
?Formulate medical communication plans based primarily on clinical data and evidence provided globally, and train relevant internal departments (primarily Sales, Clinical Support, and Marketing)
?Plan, utilize, and execute medical events for healthcare professionals domestically and internationally
?Roll out and run advisory boards within laryngectomy arena to drive consensus for post-TL rehab
?Evaluate and support domestic clinical research that can complement evidence generation initiatives driven by global MedSci
?Act as a counterpart to global MedSci (have a dotted report)
?Establish partnerships with KOLs and facilitate advisory boards to drive clinical excellence

【Required Qualifications】
?Experience working in clinical development or medical affairs at a medical device manufacturer, pharmaceutical company, or CRO
?Ability to understand academic information (e.g., literature) and present it appropriately to customers and sales personnel
?Bachelor's degree in a science field
?Business-level English proficiency: Practical speaking and listening skills to accurately understand information and explain concepts without reference materials, even in complex situations such as conference calls with headquarters
?Ability to undertake 1-2 overseas business trips per year (primarily to Europe) without difficulty
?Ability to undertake domestic business trips including overnight stays to visit medical institutions without difficulty
?Ability to proactively build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders
?Empathize with Atos purpose and Coloplast core values, possessing relentless ambition for personal growth and corporate development
[Preferred Qualifications]
?Graduate degree (Master's or Ph.D.)
?Possession of medical qualifications such as pharmacist, physician, SLP or nurse
?Experience as a project manager or monitor in investigator-initiated clinical trials, clinical trials, or clinical studies
?Foundational knowledge of diseases and treatments in the head and neck surgery field
?Experience in people management (due to potential future team expansion)
