HR Manager
What You Can Look Forward to as HRBP:
Act as Head of HR for an organization of approximately 100 employees
Lead and coordinate key HR initiatives and organizational development projects
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies and drive organizational growth
Manage annual HR processes, talent management, and employee engagement efforts
Lead change management, coaching for leaders, and deliver employee and manager training
Oversee HR reporting (monthly/quarterly) on headcount, personnel costs, etc.
Manage labor relations and negotiations, ensure HR KPI improvements, and lead local transformation projects
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local laws; coach junior HR members and support site leadership

Your Profile as HRBP:
10+ years of professional HR experience, including 5+ years in an HR management role
Broad experience and strong knowledge across multiple HR functions
Solid understanding of Japanese labor law
Strong organizational development and HR consulting capabilities
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and conceptual skills
High integrity, independence, adaptability, and service-oriented mindset
Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills
Willingness to travel domestically (10?30%)
