Responsibilities :

? Ensure smooth and efficient design, procurement, construction, and delivery of data centres across Japan.
? Prepare planning and development schedule.
? Prepare construction budget.
? Manage construction budget, building specification with internal team and design firms, selected contactors.
? Conduct technical due diligence on candidate lands.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
