Our website sends out automatic replies when you register with us or when we ask you to register for our seminars. Find below possible reasons for why you are not receiving our mails (@jac-international.jp:

Yahoo mail users:

We have been informed that some Yahoo mail users are not receiving our mails properly.
There is a function called “Spam filter” for Yahoo mail and if the mail is recognised as a spam mail, the mail will be moved to Spam folder or deleted automatically. If your mail has already moved to the spam folder, please open the mail and click on the box of “Not spam”.
If you have registered with us using Yahoo mails then please change filters/ receive notice settings.

Security software or spam filter software users:

Our mail might be deleted or rejected as some of the software or settings recognise our mail as a spam mail. Please check the Trash or Spam folders.
*As for the setting details, please refer to the software manuals or please contact the software company.

Mobile e-mail address:

Please check your incoming mail settings; and if you are not allowing incoming mails sent by PC then please add our domain (@jac-international.jp)to the specified incoming address.
*For the setting details, please refer to your mobile phone provider’s manual.

Incorrect e-mail address or others:

We will not be able to contact you if you input incorrect e-mail address.
Please contact us at contact@jac-international.jp if there is a possibility that you input the incorrect address.

About Yahoo mail

We have been informed that some Yahoo mail users are not receiving our mails properly. If you have registered with us using Yahoo mail then please check the following settings.

Filter/Receive notice settings

This setting is to automatically move the incoming mails to the specified folder.

  1. Login to Yahoo mail and click on the “Mail option”(メールオプション) on the upper right.
  2. Click on the “Filer/Receive notice settings”(フィルターと受信通知設定)
  3. Click on the “Add”(追加) button in the Filter/Receive notice setting screen.
  4. Add “jac-international.jp” into the text box of “From”(Fromが) and choose “Inbox” (受信箱)from “Move folder to” (移動先フォルダ)
  5. Click on the “Save” button on the Upper left (or lower left)

About “Blocking spoofing mail function”

If you activate the blocking spoofing mail function, all the mails which have possibilities of being spoofed will be blocked, but at the same time also other mails might be blocked.
If you are activating the blocking spoofing function, please add our domain (jac-international.jp)to Non-spam mail list.

  1. Login to Yahoo mail and click on the “Mail option”(メールオプション) on the upper right.
  2. Click on the “Blocking spoofing mail function”(なりすましメール拒否設定)
  3. Add “jac-international.jp”into the text box of “Add to the list”(リストに追加) on blocking spoofing mail function screen and click on the button of “Add to the list”(リストに追加).
