・Design change management strategies, and support business strategies
・Ensures that HR services meets internal needs, and maintains knowledge of HR issues
・Understands employee opinions, and work with management on addressing concerns

・Improve employee relations and practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

? Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR role
? Experience within an global environment is preferred
? Professional, proactive attitude ? with the ability to build partnership and create trust among staff
? Has excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage conflicting and competing priorities
? Is Independent, goal-oriented and self-motivating personality
? Has basic project management skills and able to multi- task
