Responsibilities :

Develop generative AI products that support enterprise-level transformation.
Contribute across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced startup environment.
Adjust your focus between backend and frontend development based on your strengths and business needs.
Collaborate through code reviews and pair programming to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Work within agile, waterfall, or ad hoc development styles depending on project requirements.
Participate in both the enhancement of existing products and the launch of new ones, gaining experience in both 0→1 and 1→10 phases

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in web or mobile application development.
Basic understanding of networks, databases, algorithms, and data structures.
Conversational English proficiency and Japanese language skills at N2 level or higher.
Currently residing in a location that allows commuting to the Tokyo office once a week.
Willingness to catch up on unfamiliar technologies post-hire.
Development Environment
Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, React
