Responsibilities :

Deal Desk (80%):
Review and approve pricing and deal structure for standard and non-standard deals.
Work closely with the sales team to structure deals to maximize revenue and margins.
Ensure all deals adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
Participate in deal negotiations with customers and provide financial expertise.

Sales Finance (20%):
Support the sales team in annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and other projects requested by senior management.
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing, and business strategy.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferably USCPA holder
