Responsibilities :

Principal Responsibilities:
? Business & Marketing Planning Activities
Learn to develop the marketing strategy and propose action plan to comply aligned sales target by identifying growth opportunities as well as risk management via business analysis.
・ Analyze market (size, trends and dynamics) based on available data.
・ Develop the long-term strategy, AOP, and marketing plan for assigned categories.
・ Work with Global, Region and other stakeholders to plan, execute, interpret and leverage market research to support sales and marketing activities under Marketing manager supervision.
・ Monitor sales and financial performance, adjusting plans as necessary under Marketing manager supervision.
・ Manage of exclusive and non-exclusive distributor business.
・ Manage ordering timing and control distributors inventory as being healthy.
・ Cooperate with distributor’s demand & supply team and manufacture without shortage.

? Product Marketing Activities.
Lead the whole process for product launch and product lifecycle management after launch.
・ Manage product quality related issues as a liaison with GBU and developing and executing corrective actions where needed.
・ Solicit and coordinate end user feedback on specific products.
・ Manage product lifecycle through to phase out.
・ Be the liaison between the RA group and the Sales group.
・ Training of Medical and distributors sales teams as well as end users.
・ Develop effective, market-relevant sales and marketing communication materials, and implement marketing programs to build brand equity, preference and other key measures, and trade satisfaction.
・ Adhere to and ensure the compliance of Medical’s Code of Conduct, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
・ Introduce new products to Japan including research activities.
・ Develop and promote strategies to promote sales of new products/existing products and products on the market to increase sales.
・ Create the necessary sales forecasting to sell the product, reflect it in the company's planning, and share it with the supply to secure inventory.
・ If necessary, develop sales channels other than your own sales organization to promote sales.
・ Create materials necessary for sales such as catalogs and sales promotion materials.
・ Improve product branding by planning and managing equipment exhibitions and seminars at academic societies.
・ Expand the market through KOL development and engagement.
・ Execute KOL management in specific product to obtain reimbursement.
・ Cooperate with other departments to respond to changes in product specifications without delay.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

1. Education: University degree in business and administration or equivalent through experience
2. Minimum 3 years marketing experiences in medical device industry and preferably 3 years sales experiences in medical.
3. Clinical knowledge in industry preferable.
4. Strong communication skills written and verbal both in English & Japanese.
5. Strong organizational skills: ability to multi-task.
6. Computer and analytical skills
