Responsibilities :

- Develop and Implement Compensation Strategies: Design and manage competitive compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee Benefits Programs: Administer employee benefits plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Conduct Market Analysis: Perform regular market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits packages are aligned with industry standards.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with legal requirements and prepare necessary reports.
- Employee Communication: Communicate total rewards programs effectively to employees, providing clarity and understanding of benefits and compensation.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in C&B
