Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, with a focus on scaling the team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Localize and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and alignment with global standards.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Build and manage core HR functions including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align initiatives and support cross-border HR operations.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in HR as Head of HR or HRBP
- Able to work in a start-up and fast-paced environment
- Background in Retail, FMCG, F&B or related industries is preferred
- Hands-on individual
