Responsibilities :

You will manage overall SCM operations related to raw materials, components, and finished products, including production planning, procurement, and inventory control.

-Analyze customer demand and forecasts to develop and execute strategic production and procurement plans.
-Execute accurate ordering and delivery management based on production and procurement plans.
-Manage inventory to improve inventory health and maintain optimal stock levels.
-Negotiate with domestic suppliers and material manufacturers, ensure timely procurement, and strengthen the supply chain.
-Improve delivery compliance rate, eliminate backorders, and collaborate with the sales department to manage customer delivery schedules.
-Report KPIs to management and participate in SCM strategy development.
-Plan and execute supplier consolidation in line with TE-JASEAN operational strategy.
※ You will primarily manage SCM operations at our partner factories and overseas manufacturing sites.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Qualifications
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (High school graduates may be considered if they have relevant work experience)

-Language Skills:
Japanese: Native level (Able to conduct business conversations and prepare documents)

-English: Upper-intermediate to advanced level (TOEIC score of 750 or higher is a guideline)
※ Must be able to read, write, and give presentations in English
PC Skills:
-Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint required)

Work Experience
Required:
-Experience in people management as a team leader in a manufacturing company
-Experience in production planning and production control (Supply Chain Management)
-Experience with ERP SCM modules (SAP MM/PP preferred)
-A proactive, flexible, and strong leadership approach to addressing market changes and challenges

Preferred:
-Experience working in a manufacturing plant
-Experience in the electronic components industry
-Experience coordinating and negotiating with overseas factory staff in China or Southeast Asia
-Comfortable communicating in English (for global meetings)
-Proficient in using office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
