■ポジション概要
本ポジションでは、産業用途向けの接続技術製品(クランプ、ホース、ケーブル関連など)を中心に、日本市場での新規顧客開拓および既存顧客との関係強化を担っていただきます。営業活動だけでなく、マーケティング、予算策定、プロジェクト管理など幅広い業務に携わることができます。
■職務内容
・日本市場における産業用途ビジネスの営業活動全般
・市場構造・セグメントの分析、ターゲット選定、製品ポートフォリオの提案
・顧客との関係構築、ニーズ把握、技術・商談対応
・売上予測、予算策定、5年戦略プランの作成
・契約条件の交渉、価格戦略の立案
・ディストリビューターや販売ネットワークの構築・管理
・グローバル・地域・個人目標の達成に向けた活動推進

■ Education and/or Experience:
? B.A in Engineering and a post graduate qualification in sales and marketing would be advantage.
? 5-8 years’ experience in a similar position of Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Engineer
? Previous experience working in a multi-national company and selling similar or associated products (Piping, MV Cable, Cable Tray, Clamps, Hose, Automotive parts, Compression Fittings) marketing/selling to the distribution centers/services, industry, wholesale, general industry, etc.
? Experience in or setting up distribution networks for projects and wholesales.
? Demonstrated ability to apply solution selling or cross selling as part of organic sales.
? Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and to close deals.
■ Other Skills and Abilities:
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within an international manufacturing environment.
? Strong written and spoken English is a must.
? Local national or permanent resident speaking and writing the local language.
? Ability to develop an internal, informal network.
? Proficient in the use of standard software packages.
? Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment, self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
