About the Company :

Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary legal advisor in Japan, providing strategic counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents in both Japanese and English.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese laws and regulations, while aligning with global legal standards and company policies.
- Act as the key liaison with overseas legal and business teams, supporting cross-border transactions and global initiatives.
- Manage external counsel relationships and provide guidance on dispute resolution, risk management, and legal governance.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- 5 years of PQE experience
- Experience in Healthcare industry is preferred
- Passed the bar in Japan or USA
