Japanese Cell Therapy Start-Up
<Planning and Execution of Sales Strategy>
? Develop sales strategies based on in-depth analysis of customer data.
? Design and optimize sales policies and approaches.
? Propose and implement improvements to sales processes o Set and monitor KPIs to detect issues early on
? Promote and assess the effective use of sales tools and CRM systems
? Conduct proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations with prospective clients
? Conduct market research and create target lists to develop new customers
? Strengthen relationships with existing clients through in-depth sales activities
<Reporting, Analysis, and Information Sharing>
? Aggregate and analyze sales performance data, and prepare reports
? Manage and report on sales pipeline progress and share challenges
? Use data and analysis to clearly identify challenges and opportunities, facilitating strategic discussions
? Monitor and report on market trends to support management decision-making
? Collect market and competitor information and share insights across the organization

Salary Budget: Up to 12mil annual base + Stock incentives
Probations Period: 6 months
Must have:
? Over 5 years of sales experience in the biotech or life sciences industry
? Experience incorporating knowledge of market trends and competitive products/services in the biotech field into sales strategies and new business planning
? Proven ability to accurately identify customer needs and provide technical and specialized solutions
? Experience in setting and managing progress of sales KPIs
? Experience coordinating and collaborating across multiple departments
? Strong interest and motivation in new business and product/service development, with a proactive and self-driven attitude ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
? Strong interpersonal skills for smooth communication in both individual and team settings
Nice to have
?Ability to adapt to flexible and proactive work styles in startup or venture environments
?Experience in business development and launching new ventures in the biotech or life sciences field
?Experience in building and negotiating alliances with pharmaceutical companies and research institutions
?Experience in creating presentation and proposal materials utilizing scientific knowledge
?Advanced skills in utilizing sales management and data analysis tools
