Responsibilities :

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive workforce effectiveness.
- Lead talent management initiatives including performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies to foster a positive work culture.
- Support organizational change efforts such as restructuring, process improvements, and culture transformation.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend strategic HR solutions.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- 3 years of experience as a HR generalist
- Able to work independently
- Familiar with Japanese labour law
- Fluent in Japanese and English
