- Talent Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals, workforce planning, and future capability needs.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the TA team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence across all recruitment activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to anticipate hiring needs, influence workforce decisions, and deliver strategic talent solutions.
- Employer Branding & Market Positioning: Drive initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand, leveraging market insights and data to attract top-tier talent.
- Process Optimization & Analytics: Oversee recruitment processes, implement best practices, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Leadership experience managing a team and working with global stakeholders
- Proficiency in Japanese and English
- Good knowledge of real estate business
